But which is worse, living without thinking or thinking without living? I honestly don't know. As someone whose life seems to have been the latter so far, they both seem just as destructive.
Thinking without living is worse. Thoughts are much more forgetabble. In 10 years, won’t remember what you used to think about.
You will remember flashes of memories though, places you used to see, people you used to talk to, etc., pictures you can review/videos you can rewatch.
It’s always better to touch grass than be depressed about something immaterial.
