Glad that Yoshi is gone from the story now. He still deserves to be kicked into trash bin. The concept of this story is amazing but I feel there are too many characters being crammed into these thirteen chapters. I just hope this story will receive all the chapters needed to lay it all out. I want to see more Sadako and Hanako. Their background stories too. Wolfe woman is cool but I still wish Hanako would end up with Sadako.

I'll be so pissed if the author pulls another black and white and pairs Hanako with a random character that appears in the middle of the series (yes, I understand that in the case of black and white that was the only good ending).

"Why do I have to go through this?" echoes the line she said at the beginning of the chapter. So it's a mirror of her situation with Sadako. She kept rejecting Sadako's attempts at friendship and then went and got scared of her, even though Sadako didn't do anything wrong (she got attacked by Mone first). She just judged on appearances and prejudice. She did to Sadako exactly what Yoshi did to her.

So, I hope this will lead to Sadako and Hanako mending their relationship.

Also, this series was sold from the beginning as an action series, not as a romance. People should stop complaining because the characters aren't immediately feeling romantic attraction.

The problem with this manga isn't so much pacing than the irregular schedule.

I think the real problem is that each new chapter tries to forcefully end with a climax, and to achieve that a new character or a new plot is added at the end of each chapter but without anything being resolved. It’s constantly on edge but nothing plot-story wise is happening or moving forward.
That is what I mean when I said it remind me of battle shonen, it’s like reading the last arcs of TG:re.

Too early to say she's "stronger" tbf, to me it just looks like she made her go (even more) berserk in a ploy of some kind but odds are the trick will only work once.

This story has a bad habit of introducing new characters with big implications of them being super powerful only to immediately have one of the two protags trivialize or overcome them shortly afterwards.

Beside plot reason, this art style is impressed

I’ll be honest I was mainly hooked from the original dynamic between sadako and hanako and thought it’d focus more on them since it was so fun. But after all the witches were introduced not much of anything has happened between them and I can’t tell if the plot is genuinely taking hanako and the stuff with tae wol more seriously now with them being the only two to actually talk to each other one on one, cuz I can’t remember a chapter since where sadako and actually talked to each other in any meaningful way since other characters came in. And since the black and white series my trust in where this author goes with pairings is up in the air. So while the plot and visuals are exciting I’m beginning to be a bit disappointed if it goes on like this. Hopefully with this recent chapter it’s a sign hanako will face sadako and clear whatever’s going on with her up.

Yeah, this manga is a mess. Sal Jiang clearly has no experience with this kind of story.

I pretty much only care about the main couple (?). The plot and the cast feels too ambitious for this story and every chapter leaves me confused.
