I would love that but I understand if it would be too much of a hassle to implement. Though, generally each volume has a table of contents in the first chapter that breaks the chapters down by pairing (although a couple are missing).

As always Kaoru is THE WORST. This chapter was super cute aside from her being terrible I really enjoyed Hibiki and Midori's dynamic. Plus the manga club continues to be amazing.
