It's clearer if you go back to the previous chapters. Khara was sent by the Gika to retrieve the treasured sword and kill Aria with it, but she revealed to Ichika that her real goal was to hide the sword from them to protect Aria. Afterwards, the short-haired Gika woman with the surgical mask got introduced as a former student of Ichika's school, she spied on Aria to find out where she lived and called a little girl from Gika (probably another vampire queen like Aria?) who gave her the order to kill Aria. Then she approached Arthur and the plan was set into motion.

So in chapter 15 the woman and the man that were having intercourse were Aria and Arthur?

The woman at the start? That seemed to be just one of his victims.

How can you even think that the ch.15 woman is Aria?! How would that make any sense!?

Well at least Khara is okay lmao and here I was worried about her a bit.

Exciting and surprising - I thought something about Shou's art/some of the lewder parts of the manga might've hurt it's chances, but I'm happy to see it. Denpa's publishing lots of interesting stuff, I'm glad they're doing well as a up-and-coming publisher.
