Found the chapter/panel I was thinking of, but it seems I misremembered it, since it doesn't have anything to do about "smelling" someone haha, more like "sensing" the gaayy. Guess I associated it with smelling since the whole chapter was about a cooking contest.

I don't think we've seen the brother before, but the sister is Kirigaya, most recently seen falling in love with Tadokoro's manga here.

I could be wrong, and possibly confusing with other series, but the sister is the bully.
