Silly me, I forgot to favorite/subscribe this series when I saw the first couple of chapters, so I'm doing a bit of catchup.

As I rarely do, I laughed out loud when the wine-red track suit showed up.

I.. I don't know exactly why, and this isn't really something that ever happens for me, but my heart has been straight up pounding from the last few pages of that chapter. Really nice writing of dialogue, and I appreciate the omission of a constant internal monologue from either character -- it makes me feel like less of a distant spectator.
