But then there's what appears to be salisbury steak (aka hamburger) with a fried egg on top and some thick-cut fries . . . really? So the most exclusive restaurant in town is serving diner food. Oh, please. I know a fair bit about food in different European time periods, and to the best of my knowledge that has never been an upper class thing. There was weird medieval upper class food; it did not resemble modern Asian or North American diner food. In any case, the setting is basically 18th century vague Europe without guns, so not that far back. The whole concept of "fancy restaurant" didn't really exist in medieval times. The hamburgerish-steak with a fried egg on top is mostly just a modern Asian thing, probably never existed before fairly late 20th century, although maybe it existed in real US diners somewhat before that and disappeared since the Asians borrowed it.

Surprised by the attendant's design - it's not that often you see fiction make a character pretty while also very much making them a negligible villain that you might want to see punched and thrown in jail. It was very satisfying to see her being knocked out.

The obvious answer is what they did with the batch freed with Elsa back in the day: those with homes to go back to get delivered there, those without get sent to the nice orphanage Elsa grew up in.

For all the good they did them, at least Elsa and Evie thought to wear full-face masks. I've been running heist-type pen-and-paper games for years, and only about one in five tables ever thinks about concealing their faces without me explicitly prompting them. It's, like, Crime 101...
