I absolutely adore how much Haruka and Saeko cherish each other in private. The only reason they don't do so in public seems to be that Saeko seems to be scared of earnest emotional expressions. Also, Saeko has literally called her team "Royal Guardians", while Haruka's minions are called " Queen 's Beastas". Can you simp even harder for your alleged "rival"?

I initially felt like the extent to which Saeko wanted to keep their relationship private was a bit contrived but after hearing how she has that trauma around tabloids digging up fake dirt on her I get it

I'll be thinking about this when watching SmackDown later tonight.

Yeah feels like someone might get hurt for real to the point where they can't do their facade like they could in the pages prior. Seems a bit early for that but maybe it's not gonna be that long or there will be more chapters until that moment happens.

i might need to reread to get the context here for chapter 3 but the set up that it really will be the "industry" as the true antagonist they both have to face is really compelling

At first, I had assumed that Senri would be Suda's rival for Haruka's affections, but the twist had pleasantly surprised me. It looks like Senri is a secret boxing fan and a Suda stan from back when she was competing.
