Yeah, while there are fans who ship them, there are obviously also tons of homophobic folks in China who would give them a hard time and undermine their careers if they were openly a couple. So this is her way of saying "Hey, let's be functionally married, okay?" without suggesting that they do anything that could harm their careers.

Many works end in the propposal with no actual relationship betwen the craracters before that point, and it feels like a rushed axed ending that tells no story...
...but here, yeah, do they HAVE worked an labored to get to that point - so much story building, so much character develpment, so muh revealing of years of actual relationship... that for THIS work, if it had ended at the actual "let's make it official" point, it would have felt like reaching the end of a well-written book with an. earned happy ending that gives proper closure to a good story.
The "to be continued" is like icing on the cake at this point.

That's not Youzi at the photoshoot, it's one of their producers or something.

Also, I am weirdly bothered by the fact that they put Ren Wei and Youji's names on that magazine in the reverse from where they're pictured. That's just bad graphic design!

The way I interpreted it is that Qingyan wanted Youji to put her head on Ren's shoulder, the tall on the small. It's a spin on the typical dynamic.

It means "you're supposed to rest your head on her shoulder looking at the camera like we did on panel 4, NOT looking at her cleavage like you did on panel 6, damnit!"

As pointed out, Qingyan suggested "put your head on her shoulder." and Ren did that, at which point Qingyan said "NO, NO, other way around!" and since Youji is the taller of the two, it involved picking Ren up in an embrace, to Youzi's absolute glee.

As for the line on her wrist, nah, I think the artist just carelessly inked some of the structural guidelines they used to construct the hand while sketching.
