All very reasonable and possible scenario that can happen....That scenario of them being on deserted island but is actually just a small island just like a 5-8 min swim away in reality (Happen often in rom-com scenarios XD)

The latter IMO. She can force her thralls to obey her orders with some effort, but she cannot make them actually like her -- in other words, control over physical actions, but not over emotions. Wakana has clearly been down bad for Ruruna from the start, and Miyako is so desperate, she is fine with anyone, but Yura's thralldom was effectively a favor for Wakana, so she won't do anything for Ruruna unless directly ordered/forced to.

I love how basically every interaction between Ruruna and Yura consists of this vampire lord of the night's effort to inspire loyalty in her thrall, leading to summoning all her knowledge of humans and every ounce of emotional intelligence she has... to select the absolute stupidest possible words and course of action, guaranteed to make Yura even more intensely despise her and everything she stands for.

Knowing Ruruna, her plan will turn out to be either incredibly dumb, or incredibly obvious. Either way, it will help them pass the time until Wakana shows up on her private helicopter to save them.

Yeah, wonder what kind of vampire powers she will be showing off after sucking Yura's blood (Bat wing or turn into bat).
We saw her athletic ability from jumping off 20-40 feet without spraining/breaking her ankles so yes vampire do have special abilities (When fed enough blood).

(Goes to show that you can still be mentally immature and inexperience in life despite living hundreds of years...Though in MC case she was probably living a isolated neet vampire life for a couple hundred years which explain her lack of understanding about tact regarding human interaction or any interactions at all...)
