It's almost like having a lot of (negative) feelings about things that have not happened yet is usually unnecessary. ^^

As a translator note, I should add that the sentence about type C is "said" by Mitsuki (or in the mind of Aya as Mitsuki would say it?) with the pronoun "ore".

Not "watashi" or even "boku", but "ore", which is very masculine. Which means maybe Aya still perceives Mitsuki as a guy? I don't remember Mitsuki ever using "ore" herself.

I don't think the usage of "ore" is innocent, but you may interpret it as you wish.

It could just be that "I'm going to walk my own path" is a badass line that requires "ore." "Watashi" or "boku" would undercut the badass vibe.

That was my question too. I haven’t re-read the relatively recent chapters to see exactly when and how that “we’re all hanging out together listening to Western music” thing happened, but I did think it was well-established by now.

Maybe Aya has just been so besotted with Mitsuki/stressed about her exams that her wider situational awareness was impaired.

I don’t think those headlines are supposed to be interpreted as literally said/coming from the person they’re about. ( i.e. Narita isn’t saying “The Good Boy”) I think it’s supposed to be more of an omniscient narrator kind of appellation. And as someone else said, there’s a kind of “no fucks given cool” vibe to phrasing it that way.
