I'd love that too, but the thing about Sal Jiang is that she prefers to incorporate erotic elements into her work rather than creating something that's just straightforward, tactless erotica, like in her other work Black and White. That’s what I love about Sal, her work never gets boring. ^_^
I wouldn't say erotica is inherently tactless, erotica has value and she'd be really good at making even a one-shot focused on that.
I agree, though there's a tendency for artists (not specifically in yuri) who create erotica-focused works to let the plot eventually fall. That said, calling it 'tactless' might have been a bit too harsh on my part.
Yeah it can be hard to pull off well, though sometimes I think erotic focused work can keep up solid characters and so forth. Asumi is a personal favorite of mine and her sex positive journey is fun to watch as her confidence grows. I think Sal Jiang could pull off a more sexually focused series, even it was shorter or as I mentioned before a one-shot would be good as well. Though if she doesn't want to do that it's fine as well, I'm happy with what she does cover.
Also where I'm coming from is that I'm often very supportive of sex in various works because of how media can shy away from it, and censorship is commonly a big problem. I think it can be a positive and healthy thing to include and/or focus on, and if a creative wants to include it they should be allowed to, without worry of censorship from outside forces. Which I say due to constant pressure from various powers in the world that are frustrating to deal with, and I'll leave it there because I don't want to get further off topic.
