lol and the thing is isekai covers a lot. Ultimately Mario, Narnia, Wizard of Oz, and varied classics are isekai. There's various isekai anime and manga that I love, and ones that I'm not into that I ignore. I judge them as they come and generally keep an open mind.

Silly little detail, but I find it very interesting that her appearance notably changed when she was isekai'd? I don't think I've seen that before; she hasn't been reincarnated as another person, she was summoned, but for some reason her hair and eyes are different. And her reaction to it and the flashbacks show us it's not a case of Anime Hair(tm). I wonder if it has anything to do with actual magic she may have now?

It's not that rare of a change in isekais, even Deltarune has it.

So they can basically summon entities from other dimensions/timelines/worlds, but their magic can't allow them to cast a sleep spell?

Also, this made me realize I don't mind Yuri Isekai stuff that much, maybe because most guy isekais are harem stuff. Or outright gag comedy stuff. I'm sure there are isekai with het romance that's not harem, but they sure aren't the popular ones you stumble upon.

To be fair, Oliver actually referred to the prince as a women when they first went to meet her, so it's unlikely she was revealing anything that was actually a secret to the other people in the room.

It's not about whether it was new information to other people present. It just makes me feel gross to see information about someone's sex be wielded as a weapon against them. Sure, in this case it was only used to catch the prince off-balance, and the prince had almost killed Himeka, but this is still a pretty specific thing the creator chose to put in the story.
