My only issue is either lulu learned Japanese culture quickly, or the author doesn't realize how different their culture is. Mainly regarding food and always shouting "delicious " after every bite. I would of liked introduction to Japanese culture , at least a couple pages

She had a month to study before meeting Ten, it's not a lot to learn everything about a culture, but Japan's day-to-day culture is very easy to access through media and such. And seeing how diligent Lulu is and how aware of her image can impact the opinion of humans about her people, it really isn't that weird.

I think this makes sense, also I bet Lulu learns fast as well.

I’m so curious if the other world mystery meat is even safe to eat? Maybe the Princess can eat human food fine cuz she’s super strong, but Ten is just a human.

Are there any diseases that exist on Lulu’s planet that’s already vaccinated for and stuff but can be deadly for people not protected? Is there new bacteria in the food that has the potential to make Ten sick? Is eating it raw even SAFE for a human

We have quite a few sci-fi stories that explore that, but in reality it's like a plant pathogen interacting with humans. It's not designed to affect us, so we don't get affected. A pathogen from a whole entirely different system of unrelated life would be astronomically low (pun fully intended). But also this is a fictional story so maybe we may see something like that.

I learned recently that tuberculosis started as a soil bacteria. Its ability to resist and take over predatory amoebae turned out to carry over to our macrophages. Oops!

As for real alien biology, I would give higher odds to the equivalent of bacteria and protists (seek out food in the environment and break it down) crossing over than to viruses (hijacking reproductive machinery).

But if there's some reason to converge on the same DNA and amino acids, or if panspermia seeded the same cellular biology everywhere, that would increase viral odds.

Well we've seen Lulu eating human food, so we know that life on Earth and on her planet has the similar building blocks and molecular chirality. And since she can live comfortably, the environmental conditions of the two places probably aren't that different. This means that alien microbes can potentially sustain themselves on organic products from Ten's body.

But just having the same building blocks doesn't mean that they're the same (a jellyfish and a human also have the same building blocks), and whether microbes can survive in or adapt to a different microbiome is not known, as well as whether the toxins that affect humans could work on Lulu and vice versa. Cross species microbial infection between different distantly-related animals on Earth that don't interact with each other is already relatively uncommon (and cross-kingdom infections are even rarer), so the chances that Ten would get an alien disease is astronomically small.

From what I’ve seen on Japanese social media, there’s been a bit of a comeback for 2000s or Y2K fashion. A lot of content creators in their early 20s seem to be into the classic gyaru style. But for younger teens, the full-on gyaru look doesn’t seem as popular anymore. Now, just wearing heavy makeup can be enough to be considered gyaru, even without the full outfit or accessories. There’s also been a rise in the classic gyaru style in Korea. I can’t say for sure, but I’ve noticed a lot of Korean YouTubers I follow are getting into the gyaru aesthetic. But this is completely based on my observation. :D

Logically with how she's treated Lulu I'd hope Lulu would be wanting to hear the whole picture, and to return the kindness and understanding that Lulu herself has received. It would be incredibly frustrating if Lulu was quick to judge here.

For a moment I thought she was going to dramatically reveal that Teradate is щ(ʘ╻ʘ)щ gay, to the surprise of literally no body. This also made me realize that the fact that Teradate is a lesbian would be a part of the biggest international headline possibly ever. She is now, or shortly will be in, a world where random strangers she's never met, on entirely different continents, know her name, sexual orientation, and almost nothing else about her. In fact, those details will probably make it into literal history books within a generation.

That sounds like an uncomfortable place to be, even if you weren't a socially isolated loner before hand. At least she'll have her giant alien wife, and giant alien wife giant titties to help make it more bearable.

Yeah I'd think there would be some kind of actual record, but I guess we'll have to see what happens.
