Poly would have been nice, but looks like Alexandra may be coming in to peel off Diana.

I'm so glad that someone finally called out Diana on her BS, heck, Alexandra even comes off as Nekotarou's mouth piece to sunk the idea of a poly ending.

That said, she is a much better match for Diana than Natori who would be very obviously strung along by Diana's personality.

Being nice isn't flirting though. That gets mixed up all the time. She's just been a good friend and Diana makes that into something else on her own. At least she's aware that it's her own doing though. Natori has only shown genuine romantic affection for Lapis.

I'd say she definitely has but as you implied, she isn't really aware of it yet because of the reasons you mentioned. She tries to rationalize her feelings for Lapis in terms of "service" but as the viewers, I think we can get what's really happening emotionally. She also seems to be realizing how limiting that "service" explanation is and how it doesn't fully explain her feelings towards Lapis. They've had a few romantic moments and thoughts from both perspectives; while with Diana it's always just from her own perspective.
