I love the theories, really excited to see what route our mysterious fifth member will go. Seems like she may have either been like an adopted sister/relative, or maybe a childhood friend of Aizawa

Also WOW the pendulum detail, I never noticed that. Goes to show Dorothy is hiding so many details and foreshadowing, it’s really nice to see an author with a plan sometimes.

Since Michi’s mom has star and moon symbols on her shrine, and Michi seems to be all about stars with the MA(?) mark on her neck, I wouldn’t be surprised if the moon pendulum used to be Michi’s or Michi’s mom’s item.

Also, how Sayaka can act so normal and calm while her girlfriend has a ripped hole through her, I don’t know

Yeah this chapter really cements that while Wakana is completely fine and even encourages Ruruna to get more kin she absolutely cannot stand the idea of Ruruna being romantically involved with anyone but her (hell she's treating her like she caught her cheating here even) so if this IS going to go 200% harem then that's an obstacle, personally I'm rooting for Wakana as the only one Ruruna could be considered to be dating because I love her and want her to get what she wants.

I will however admit I'm not really a harem fan (I only read this because it's super funny and harem isn't totally locked in) so this is probably a super fringe opinion.

Hate harems refuse to watch any of the slop anime with them and refuse to read any yuri manga that are full harems.

I'm also only sticking with this because I want Wakana to be the only true love interest and it's overall funny.

However, I also quite enjoy the jealousy scenes, so I don’t mind the shenanigans too much…although I think I’m missing a lot of context sometimes cuz I feel like Yura acted slightlyyy out of character haha

Okay so I went back to the OG to look for any harem Tags and I didn't see any, but like, im sceptical so I just wanna ask the comments instead. IS THIS A HAREM??? (Even if it is the art style is super cute and I bet it'll be good ofc ofc)

The original version has three girls. The one you see here is super into our MC vampire girlie here. The second girl that gets bit is the classmate and childhood friend of our first victim(?). Second girl loves first girl. (Or at least cares for her way more than MC).

The third victim happens to be a teacher who, to put it lightly, would probably “love” anyone who hangs out with her and lets her in on fun stuff.

I’m sure the novel goes into more detail, but from what I’ve read, it’s more MC x First Victim right now, couple-wise.

I know this is "Girls" x Vampire but my enjoyment of this right now is firmly rooted in the dynamic of these two dumbasses and I hope we just get more of them being cute and stupid instead of introducing more girls.

Nevermind I just looked at the author cus I just forgot which author I was dealing with, any possible hope for avoiding the harem tag went out the window unfortunately.

Yeah, that's what saddens me too. This is cute, but all other works of this author I have come across are —in my opinion— badly-written harem series. That's why I don't have hopes for this and I have decided to just enjoy it for as long as I get to.

Kinda confused about this downer-posting? Setting aside the cover art as an indicator, I've read two of their (Teren Mikami's) works and neither of them were harem? They actually made a pretty wholesome 1v1 story IMO. I do know one of their works is harem-like, but I haven't read that one, and I don't think one harem story means more stories are harem.

(But yes they do have a dubcon addiction. You know, fair)
