It's just them being two awkward,inexperienced teenager, working their way into something new and exciting that they know nothing about. It's actually pretty true to life IMO. True to my life at the very least! They'll get to the actual dating part soon enough.

Yeah it's also noting that they have similar chemistry to their initial spark at the start of the series. So while they're closer now there was always a connection between them.

Yeah. They were worried that they couldn't act natural around each other after the kiss. It's good that their chemistry is still intact and it only needed one good interaction to remind them.

I do wonder how much longer this series is going to go.

I thought that the author might just wrap things up after they got their official prom kiss (like a lot of high school yuri), but personally I think (hope) we might get an extensive look at their dating or even post-graduation life.

She's the Kouhai who was just part of the story very recently--the one who invited Koga to the music party in the first place and created the opportunity for the prom surprise. She's been there since about chapter 100 or slightly earlier and was important for this last "arc."
