As always in yuri manga or I could say in manga in general a bisexual is introduced as a slut.

I don't think the author is necessarily implying bisexuals are sluts since being a slut or not isn't defined by orientation, but rather that the sluttiest possible hetslut is arguably only about half as slutty as the sluttiest possible bislut simply due to not being picky about a partner's sex. So if one wants to portray an extreme slut, what better way to double down by making them bisexual? Answer: a pansexual

PS the whole "bisexual slut" thing feels honestly like such a minor non issue to me these days. It's also a backwards understanding of the trope: it's not stereotyping bis as promiscuous, but rather stereotyping promiscuous people as bi. Like "that girl has had so many partners that I bet she even cross gender lines". It's not actually a reversible trope in this context, there's plenty of non-slut bis in yuri manga. Just very very few non-bi sluts. It's the irl sluts who should thus feel offended here, not the irl bisexuals :P

On a different note...seems like Otsyuu has some kind of Dissociative Identity Disorder (or something that looks like it). Would be interesting to get more information on the other identity.
