yeah, what beeaggro said. I don't think the dad is really concerned about getting an heir (and even if he was, there is the alternative of the Gareth (did I remember Evie's brother's name right?) having children too someday), and is merely using it as one of several excuses to remain an overprotective father. However long it might last. And I suspect "not that long" to be the answer, if the events of this chapter are any indication.

For my part, I found this to be a great chapter.

I just can't figure out why it's always about blood. Adoption can maintain the family line too.

Premise: nice.

Bilibili comics: why.

Wonder, what's the status of viable manhua sources on China. .

So things can travel to the past but never to the future? Interesting that time travel in this manga works the opposite way it does in real life.

The catholics eat with their hands thing was new to me, but not terribly surprising

At the very least, radio waves can travel both ways, so its not a complete one-way.

oh so they did break up huh...well I don't mind the spoiler this was a good read

https://dynasty-scans.com/chapters/were_not_dating_but_we_did_it_anyway

This was the whole premise of the oneshot, anyway.

So far, this manga has no yuri bait, right? I'm asking this because I had a flashback about an anime called ‘Hibike Euphonium’. So far, there are also no male characters, right?

dunno what's bait for you, but this is 100% confirmed explicitly yuri.

Like, what part of this Manga would even be considered "bait".

Biggest issue if the reincarnator cares. Then there's WataOshi/IFTV, where Rei doesn't give a damn, despite being likely upwards of 25, with her Earth memories and personality dominant.

I mean, physical age vs temporal (as in age from transmigration).

Also, just suddenly pulling that up after 50+ chapters, lol.

Basically, "What stupid site is the comic running in"?

(Or "is the artist that bad at drawing kisses?")

Should this be tagged “age gap”?

Not unless it turns yuri at some point.

Oh god. Nothing would ruin this more for me.

She's fucking TEN YEARS OLD. The other one is fucking THIRTY. That would be so fucking disgusting. Just gross.

Well you can thank the editor for that one because originally the Author wanted her to be a teenager which is still weird but still better than loli

I mean, as of right now, barring any future unknown changes, her being an impressionable young kid actually makes story more enjoyable.

If a person is bedridden with a fever, it's not a cold. I really hate this trope. Call it something else.

I mean, it can be a way to distinguish the cold-induced fevers from the more serious ones (flu/etc).

Speaking of which, kinda funny that the series with the steady (last release just a tad more than a month old) scanlation releases got the status announcement.

So...4 web chapters behind now. Just standard delays, or waiting for Vol 4?

[I say 4 chapters, but Ch20 isn't on ComicWalker yet]

ok, its obvious that Meguru has a messed up perception of love

But her (real) sister should have a normal sense of things. So why did she let Meguru kiss her?

I mean, it definitely looks like Hiromi herself ran away to not have to deal with her own feelings.

And this also leaves the question of her mother- because it definitely seems like she had been hooking up with other women while married with a man. Who also seems to be no longer here?

Im under the impression that they were already divorced. The mother took Meguru while her sister went with the dad. Meguru probably got neglected so after some time her dad came to pick her up. But because he's too bussy, he let the sister take care of Meguru. Thats what I think

edit: @DrJamesFox said that the mother actually passed away, I guess I missed that

So basically the father's the one's that's MIA...and at the end, she's still neglected and lonely.

I sort of love the empress? Usually the "clueless" character is clueless because they're just dumb, but she's clearly quite clever, just good at hiding it. Concluding that the emperor might be impotent, and so trying to help by ordering special food is really subtle and actually kinda sweet.

I also like that she's secretly an author. I wonder if the work, like its reference, is also yuri? Could be nice foreshadowing that she's into that sort of thing, along with not batting an eye at the scroll.

In case the T/N is too small to read, the reference is to this one: https://dynasty-scans.com/series/childhood_sweetheart_liaoliao

The whole "oh he secretly likes her" thing is just... not funny. Or lighthearted. I've been in too many domestic abuse situations (on the receiving end and as a witness) to ever find "he does it because he likes you" tolerable. I remember liking Ranma 1/2 quite a lot, but the constant Akane-hits-Ranma "comedy" is what keeps me from ever revisiting it, or series like it...

That said, as of right now, it seems to be just the ideas of someone with 20+-years outdated view, who also grew up not knowing much more than just killings.

Guess I'm a bit hypersensitive today, cause I found this one a bit irritating. The idea that a straight girl has to be concerned about being closed in with a group of lesbians triggers me a little. It's like suggesting that lesbians are predators constantly on the hunt for fresh prey and will pounce when she wanders into range (never-mind that one did), even if just for comic effect. It felt unpleasant.

Its just two pages you should just relax.

...also, at least the train has good fire exit protocols.

Another ero-mangaka who don't see the problem of depicting a rape scene. They always resort to some shady way to force a character to have sex with another.
It's not romantic, not sexy and aside perpetuating the rape culture the only thing I feel in front of these scenes is awkwardness.

That's why it's an one-shot for a themed anthology.

Aleast use the door for a nice trip anyway.

Sounds like its one-way though, makes it hard to go back.

Yurihime try not to axe series that have themes of polyamory challenge (impossible)

Lol, this to me feels more of a "trainwreck averted" though.

And also hilarious that this is the story of an almost-trainwreck that ends by skipping over an actual successful romance.

Pretty much the same vibes as "And Thus I Was Picked Up By My Boss's Daughter".

browsing the f:yuri tag safely is something little me would have loved.

I remember trying to read some spicy Yuri only to find out every threesome with a guy is labeled as Yuri.

still is that way in some places.

This is why I quickly learned that the true yuri tag was f:females only.

yep.

Problem of labeling the whole work vs individual images. Have fun looking for the one yuri image in this very not-yuri comic.
