I wonder if it's normal that I'm finding this plot (a game where they must solve the mystery of a cursed mansion, like in a horror movie) much more thrilling and interesting than the usual romantic shenanigans of yuri manga? Lol at me.

Also, I'd like to know what happens in a game like this one when a ghost or monster catches one of the players. They lose and must leave the house? But Xiayou should have been caught and she seems alright...

I'm with you. Always love it when Yuri isn't treated as strictly synonymous with the romance genre. It's great to have say an action story or horror story that happens to feature gay romance rather than the series' always sticking to a heavy romance genre focus. This chapter was fun either way.

I thought that was a pretty interesting segue back to the main plot, or maybe even the whole point of that escape room adventure (other than the author having some fun I guess). I liked it, it was pretty cool.
