I am not a fan of how this anal sex setup was achieved.
I know this is basically a hentai work, and I'm probably overanalyzing, but if you have to pressure your partner this frequently for anal, and they keep saying No but you keep trying it anyway, you're not listening to them.
Then this chapter we see in her internal monologue that she really doesn't want to do it, but tells her partner she is ready because she wants to please her partner, who has been constantly pushing for this.
I think the story is probably set up for us to assume that she's in denial and actually does want to do anal play (just like she was initially in denial about how good everything else felt), but this just felt wrong to me (maybe because it hits too close to the issue where anal sex is pushed on men to an extreme degree and normalized despite a large amount of women not being fans of the idea).
Just my two cents, and I know I am overanalyzing this.

Yeah, this started out way sillier and more light hearted than it ended up being :D
I think persistence and repeatedly asking for certain things during sex is not inherently a problem if you're not being overly manipulative or pushy about it and don't actually force it upon your partner and respect clear signs of discomfort (there's a reason why chapter 5 is tagged as "rape").
Clashing ideas and desires regarding sex are IMO a pretty difficult subject to navigate without anyone getting hurt in some way or other. Trying to "make up for forcing it upon her" by doing it right this time seems kinda messed up, but I do appreciate Satoko at least learning from her grave mistake and paying more attention.
Masumi seems really insecure about herself and her sexuality (not so much orientation-wise by this point, but rather herself as a sexual being), to the point where it almost seems she's trying to repress her desires and her pleasure. Not an untypical portrayal, particularly in hentai (Japanese "restraint" and "embarrassment" culture at it again), but still one I find a bit frustrating - honest "horny" is more to my liking. Plus that attitude invalidates the kinda important word "no" by over- and misusing it.
(puts on moralizing hat) If you want to use "no" to mean "yes" and "stop" to mean "go", then you need some other safe word, hmkay... don't just rely on your partner's intuition (especially if they're young and rather inexperienced and don't (sexually) know you too well yet).
I know that some people just naturally gravitate towards "letting their partner take charge" (a "natural bottom" so to speak), who lack "initiative" in bed and don't ever really come forward with new ideas and don't show the greatest curiosity to try new things (why change it if it works, right?). I don't think she's so much in denial as insecure, partly because her last experience with butt stuff was kinda traumatic, to say the least. She probably finds the idea rather iffy anyway, and while she's got some awareness that butts are sensitive and playing with them can feel really good (see her reactions when Satoko tries to go there), she's understandably reluctant to take that plunge.
Honestly though, this is one of the better "getting your partner into butt stuff" stories I've seen so far, and it starts the act itself at a more reasonable pace. The towel that appears on page 8 is also a nice touch, though I'd recommend a lot more layers, and not just for anal, since Masumi seems to have a knack for squirting.
There's still so much more butt stuff that Masumi hasn't experienced (and I'd wager Satoko hasn't been able to try on someone else either). On the one hand, working the clit while playing with her butt is basically cheating, but it's kinda the right way to ease her into it. I'm so hoping we get to see them expand on that and explore more in the future (and do it safe, sane and consensually).
