Everyone is pointing out that the new human race would've been severely inbred, but didn't take that thought one step further- this exact same scenario is playing out on like 400 ships flying in the same direction. They're all one feminine girl, one tomboy pairs, all realizing that the people loading their ship made a mistake. Not even vaguely thinking that this kind of mistake would happen once, let alone on literally every ship.

I remember reading a hentai manga (I Want To Leave Behind a Miraculous Love by Nagashiro Rouge) here about 2 girls surviving apocalypse and then finding alien spaceship that allowed them to make science babies.

What if that was actually not an UFO, but the ship from this story just crashed unfortunately. And it had those machines for 2 girls to make babies together, just girls in this story didn't know it was on there, since they were just thrown in there at the last second.

No. Even better, I think when humanity "ended" and they were thrown into space that was when (I want to leave behind a miraculous love) happened. Because if that was the ship the two girls were in then where are the descendants? And it can't be too far into the future because the girls in Miraculous Love are still young. It could also be theorized that they were born at the end of humanity or decades after but that means there must have been others/a base but I doubt it otherwise the girls would have some sort of dialect or their language had merged with other languages. Even though they found each other, there shouldn't have been much of a language barrier unless it had happened right after humanity ended
