I don't think so? Gap moe is generally when there's a gap between someone's personality and their appearance and it makes them seem unexpectedly cute. Junyeon just has a big personality, but it also seems to go fairly well with her appearance.

Sounds exactly like a lot of other het korean webtoons i've read. Dunno why a lot of them have horrible people as protagonists.
