^^^ this is a very rough attempt, cursive kanji can be a nightmare to translate. I think it's a string of mostly independent words, similar to a golem. The first one I'm pretty sure is 智, or "wisdom", flowing into a stylized image. After that is 隋身促, or "Sui (a dynasty in China, apparently), Body, Urge." I can't work out the fourth - I think it might be a cursive form of a kanji that doesn't reflect its base form. So as a best guess it's an invocation aimed at motivating movement in an old body, which fits reasonably well for a jiangshi. Take all of that with a mine's worth of salt though.
