^^^ this is a very rough attempt, cursive kanji can be a nightmare to translate. I think it's a string of mostly independent words, similar to a golem. The first one I'm pretty sure is 智, or "wisdom", flowing into a stylized image. After that is 隋身促, or "Sui (a dynasty in China, apparently), Body, Urge." I can't work out the fourth - I think it might be a cursive form of a kanji that doesn't reflect its base form. So as a best guess it's an invocation aimed at motivating movement in an old body, which fits reasonably well for a jiangshi. Take all of that with a mine's worth of salt though.

^^FWIW doesn't seem to be the "traditional" (read "Hong Kong cinema") Jiangshi charm script

^^^ @ShinyandChrome1331 the kanji reads 隨身促命. The first 2 words 隨身 means to follow someone closely, and the second 2 means to take one's life. So roughly it means to follow someone and kill them, which refers the nature of zombies in Chinese or Japanese culture (I'm not sure about how zombies are portrayed in Japan)

Actually the seal says "智子.隨身保命" (Tomoko. Sui Shen Bao Ming), meaning "by A's side and protect B's life", where A and B are not specified and can refer to the same person. Since the seal on a jian-shi serves command (or prohibition), it's more likely that Yuri jian-shi is to stay by Tomoko's side to protect Tomoko's life. Another possible reason for Yuri to dressed as jian-shi for this Halloween campaign is that jian-shi is known for its stiffness and strength.
