^ they were together. Korone cameo'd at the end of Okayu's 600k celebration for another Rap doG session.

tbh these virtual youtuber avatars look so cute in 2d. I love all the fanart, but can’t stand the actual videos

^^ Preach. I've been trying to get into HoloLive because pretty much everyone and their weeb grandmas have been singing its praises, but for the life of me, I cannot bear to watch an uncanny-valley MMD puppet soullessly staring at blurry Left for Dead screens while trying to respond to the blandest of chat queries with artificially-saccharine squeals that need to have twenty animal-inspired speech quirks per sentence fragment. I think virtual idols are a vast improvement over the highly-exploitative and abusive 'real' idol industry, and wholeheartedly support what these girls are trying to achieve, but I genuinely can't stand actually looking at them.
^^ honestly vtubers aren't for everyone and that's fine but come on I think you're being a little too harsh with your judgement.

I don't know, I don't see how they look remotely real enough to get into the uncomfortable uncanny valley thing. It's almost no different than invoking uncanny valley while watching anime.

I'm guessing it's that only part of the body moves. It definitely looks better to me if they keep more of their body offscreen and just focus on their face.

The look's more-or-less inherent in the motion tracking software: there's only so much they can do with an iPhone camera, after all. Though, for what it's worth, Amelia Watson can get pretty vicious, like when she ground pounded your mom last night.
