I also tried out the recipe. Toasted ham and cheese sandwich with egg on it is great. It's not anything special, but it's not supposed to be. Just a quick and delicious little brunch food.

I will say that the crispy crust contrasts well with the soft bread. The soft bread also sponges up all the runny eggyolk, which is great.
