I assume that was just added by the uploader based on their own observation of this chapter (and possibly the confusing definitions of ShoujoAi/Yuri tags over on Mangadex), but rest assured this is released under the yuri tag on Comic Pixiv.

This is why I never want to be a professional employed writer. It takes out all the fun and makes me way too anxious. Writing as a hobby makes more sense. No deadlines at least.
