Well, slightly spoilers, but not much.
I can confirm Noah and Hinata is a intentional shipping. They also apparently went on a date in the latest chapter, but I haven't read that one yet.

From the couple last chapters, it feels like Hana is actually starting to like Mya. That last chapter, she may go for the snacks at the end, but it kinda seems more like a cover up than all there is to it.

I really like how Hana handles things in general. Usually these kinds of stories have the loli either constantly fighting off the advances or completely unaware of them, but Hana knows what's up and controls the situation fairly well. It also helps that Mya isn't a complete pervert (yet). Kind of refreshing, I guess.
