It is definitely yuri. What it isn't, however, is a complete story. Dunno how you could mix those two concepts up to begin with.

Maybe it's like Alien Girl where it's just a Yuri concept presented in multiple short comics and drawings instead of being a full on story.

Actually, the original work was something that the original author made to sell, so the original isn't free. On the original author's twitter, he's stated that he wasn't credited properly because the name listed isn't the person who made this and it's a doujin that he sells so he isn't being properly supported.
I'm upset too, I didn't get to read the full story either, but it's best to understand the full story from all sides.

I heard they weren't properly credited, but it was a mistake and simple to fix. I didn't hear anything about author actually selling it though.
