The New Year's special edition of Gaki Tsuka* is usually/always a "no laughing" game. I think this year they went to an actual spy training school with seeded laugh inducers. And if you laugh, you're out. Since they were talking about specifically watching the New Year's edition, she made gf laugh and said you're out.

*Downtown no Gaki no Tsukai ya Arahende!!

Also I won't pretend that I usually get Japanese TV humor.
