It was sweat. Just this previous page was very suggesting along with what stationary are talking about. And stomach nausea can be sign of pregnancy. I did glanced through it pretty fast so that might be just the obvious first impression and there is a different interpretation.

Yup, liquid all over her bed. Even her pillow. If that was supposed to be cum then that must have been one hell of an orgasm. I thought it was just sweat.
