Have they, though? Because it seems like only Xiya has actually been properly reincarnated, i.e. born anew, while Rachel's case seems much more like a transmigration with a long pause between when she died on the stake and when she popped into existence in Xiya's new world. So I would argue, the title is only 25% correct, at best, in other words, mostly lies. >__>
