I like monmusu for what it is. Basically softcore porn. I appreciate Demi-chan for taking things slice-of-life style and emphasizing the characters, but not everything has to do that. Monmusu is very good at what it does. :P

Some of the characters like the cyclops girl and the centaur would probably rather be taking a break and going to this school.

In a darker timeline, Machi would probably be put under the scapel to learn the secrets of teleportation.

Machi's neck literally violates the laws of thermodynamics and entropy. Her neck could solve the global energy crisis. Her neck could eliminate communications lag on satellites. Saw the first episode of the anime.

Can't say I was impressed by the way the attraction of Hikari-chan to the Yuki-onna was dismissed as something she'd fantasize about jokingly because it'd be too embarrassing to do it with boys.

It just went and threw the yuri out the window.

Yet, her fantasy was kinda overly sensual/sexual, the way it was unfolded, so could just be that she herself doesn't really understand it. And it was mostly the sensei's words dismissing it as something she can play out as a joke. :p

I agree that her fantasy was erotic.

But she replied to sensei something akin to "you're quick on the uptake". Meaning, she implies he was right and didn't fantasize about boys because it'd be too embarrassing. Yuri died on ep 1.

On another hand, what else could she say to a teacher she barely know ? "Nah, I totally want to bang that girl and I don't fantazise about boys 'cause I'm a lesbian !" ? ^^;

She might not be aware herself that she could be prefering girls, she might not want to come out to a teacher she don't know all that well yet and find it easier to just go with the flow there. I'd rather consider that with that sequence, they started to pile up some HikarixYukki shipping.

Then again, Demi-chan isn't exactly yuri to begin with, even in the manga, the only clear romantic attraction there are are centered around Ironman with Machi and Satou.

A lot of people wear hoodies without ever putting the hood on. It's more about fashion than usefulness.

And hey, with that, if her arms ever grow tired, she can just put her head in the hood for a while :p

It can still serve its purpose. Heat can escape from the exposed skin on top of her torso, so covering it would help keep her warm in cold weather. If it rains she can put the hood over the base of her neck so it doesn't get wet and water doesn't get under her clothes.

Well, that's all assuming there are no negative ramifications in obstructing the smokestack thing she has going on.
