If the rights for PPL have fallen back to the original publisher in Japan - I don't think it ever has been published or licensed in another language - then doesn't that make it no different then any other work published on dynasty?

Dynasty does not upload officially released translations since, putting the whole nature of scanlation aside, it's pretty much stealing in the most blatant sense. Far as I can tell, everything that gets uploaded here requires some form of permission from its respective group (it's why it took a while to get ChaosTeam's stuff on here). And naturally noone's going to go up to Erika and ask if they can upload work put on their failed digital manga shop to this free site filled with yuri porn. It's the same reason you won't find any of Crunchyroll's releases up on Batoto.

Long story short, if you wanna see more PPL here, you'll either have to pray Kawaii Scans gets back to it at some point, or try seeing if some other groups want to tackle it (which is usually unlikely if there's an official translation out there, since there's always the temptation to copy it).

I love this manga. One of my absolute favorites. Read it completely 3 times now. Love going back and re reading good work.

Don't we have things like Kimi no Tame nara Shineru where there's an 18 chapter gap? Don't see why we wouldn't be able to do that with my releases...but I've never asked for that, so whatever.

This whole series was awesome! Cute, funny and pretty smooth plot. Didn't expect a lot of feels but I was pretty moved! Was happy Goto made a doujin after this series, really built up near the end there and made me want to see some lewdness ensue eheheh berry berry berry A provided!!!

This was great. The ending was satisfying and the characters are very bearable, we're probably meant to see the antagonists as Ren's mom and a bit of Furui, but I didn't get those vibes from these characters at all, I guess the lightheartedness of the overall manga and the comedic scenes shields from the drama that most manga have and even a bit of drama still seemed out of place like when Ren had to suddenly leave Nako because of her agreement with her mom. It was really an enjoyable ride, this one.

Probably my favorite yuri series. It's a shame all three volumes weren't licensed in english

I legit cant tell you how much i loved this manga! It was such a perfect combination of romance, comedy, light drama all jumbled up in this weird little mesh of perfection!
The art was super pleasing on the eyes, The characters, while somewhat one-sided were all really nice, and for every heavy hitting subject they took up they always had a lighthearted joke to end it on~
To bad Dynasty didn't upload or removed a majority of the chapters cause its around chapter 25 things really start to get interesting. And knowing that an "old" manga like Fragtime can get an anime in 2019, all i can do is to hope that maybe one day, just maybe... this will too.
If ya haven't read it yet, do yourself a favor and read it!
