yeah I also came into this story with expectations, dropped it when it disappointed me and then came back to read this only for the porn and frankly ridiculous proportions.

That’s the difference between a good story and a bad story… is what I would say, but even then it doesn’t make sense why ppl are upset.

I think its the quality of the story (how singularly sex-focused every chapter became) and that they are all only dating one person rather than them all dating each other. You could use a different word to define what this story is that would be a bit different than some people's idea of polyamory. I don't think anyone is upset though.

This was overall much better than the author's previous series, and I appreciate that the sex scenes actually were properly gonzo this time around.

Overall an entertaining kinky ride. Plus it ended happy and cute, so while certain things could have been different, such as more interactions between the harem, I'm content in general. Thanks for the translation of the series!

I'm so used to seeing the "lots of sex" tag that I sometimes forget this is actually hentai rather than just a yuri manga with sex. Maybe it's because it is a yuri manga with sex that I expect some kind of story. Your comment was like a reality check for me. haha :D

well... that felt a little anticlimactic

I stopped reading this back during the sex battle in the mansion chapter, so I went and reread the whole thing from the start. Here are some thoughts!

1. This is "Dubious Consent: The Manga". You really gotta shut off that part of your brain to read this thing, hooboy.

2. Kinda related, but the setting feels like their world is less strict about sexual stuff in general. People feel like they're very open to having some casual fun, and those swimsuits were pretty extreme for a public event.

3. I think my favorite chapters are still the 3some in the van, and the art 'class'. The gymnast's introduction chapter too, maybe.

4. My favorite characters: Fangirl, Gamer, Artist, Gymnast, Camera girl (sad she didn't end up joining the club), and Sleepy (sad she didn't get more 1-on-1, same with the other first years)

5. I think I like the ending well enough? It just feels bizarre with so many characters focusing on a single partner. Girl's basically got a small village as a girlfriend.

6. Related, it's too bad there were only two instances of the harem pleasuring non-Miyako members (iirc), and one of them involved a single-time outsider. The ending might've felt a bit less odd if there was more connections in the harem, but I dunno.

Yeah, this was a weird one, but I enjoyed the journey.

I felt like the harem was way too big (or there were not enough chapters to make everyone equally important) and Nakano was set up to be the main, if not the only girl for no payoff. A sex addict like her stopped having sex with random girls, she also got the ear rings and was "rescued"...Just seemed odd to me that she ended up like the others. What really bothers me though is that there was no final orgry. You want to tell me she has sex with like 15 people and also has enough energy to be a teacher? All the other girls are just friendly to each other and only love Miyako? Meh.

We can imagine in our heads that the other members are having sultry secret rendezvous here and there. Maybe sometimes they organize their own orgies when Miyako's too busy... ;)

That was literally what the penultimate chapter was about.

I think my issue with the ending is that very few of the characters felt like they added anything but one more person for the harem. They all blended together with only a few exceptions. Nakano is the only one who really stood out to me, and everything that made her unique just faded over time as she got less and less of the spotlight. Many of the characters just made me go "oh yeah, she's in this too" whenever they appeared. A tighter focus could have made a big difference, but at the end of the day it's just smut, I wasn't exactly expecting much.

It's finally done?!

Thank God. I'm so happy this won't be clogging up the new releases page anymore! This manga was an irritation from beginning to end, like an understated yeast infection.

I'm curious if the mangaka will make another series. So far both of their series have been crazy sex driven hijinx, so I'm curious what their next sexually driven adventure would be like.

This reminds of how I recently heard someone complaining that 100 girlfriends has too many harem members, and further saying how it should have been 5 or 6 members instead. I really wanted to respond to them by saying, well the series isn't called 5 or 6 girlfriends

While people had a variety of expectations with this particular manga, at the very least that series says right up front that the end goal is 100 girlfriends, as it's literally in the title lmao

This series is character of the week with a loosely connected plot and minor Nanako subplot so harem ending was the best way for it to end. It could have been better with interactions between other girls in the club but it was never structured that way.
