Kinda ambiguous about how nonchalant Egawa was about the whole "female junior loves her" thing, but I guess that's the power of fantasy doujin manga land.
Edit: changed the word without altering the meaning because pedants be pedantic.
This was a nice read, although it had a few leaps. While I could fill in the gaps with some speculations, the story itself didn't really help with that.
I like all this author's one-shots; this, "Back Alley Romance," and "Our 15 Minute Secret Garden" are especially good. It's hard to believe it's the same mangaka who wrote the messy at best, but really just dreadful, Pages in Search of a Bookmark.
Showing her true self by getting drunk... I don't think it's the best way to do that, but this trope with the alcohol in the Japaneses's story.... It would be great to have a tag for it If they are not drunk it can't be yuri.
I interpreted the last page as kouhai making good on the promise to make her lunch after messing up (because you know she'd mess up again, and you know bosslady would hold her to it)
As someone with a fast metabolism I can confirm that's it's hard portioning out food for people with slower metabolisms when you make them portable meals. At least at first.
