It is a little sad to think that the anime might not be able to show the absolute absurdity of this manga. Cuz that's the most unique part of it. But maybe they'll find a way. After all, it really isn't that much worse than High School DxD, and that aired on TV.

they aren't but looking at Azul, it was her coming to terms with her masochism that unlocked her La Verita, and you can say she is a pretty different person than she was at the start. So this may just be Magenta's latent dom and/or latent sadist finally coming out into the open.

Indeed, the implication being that Magenta isn't a Good Girl(tm) like the image she always projects, which is why it has taken for her to unlock her LV in the first place. This is Magenta's authentic self we are looking at right now.
