@ZR Tbh, the most prominent thing I took away from Sakura Trick is that Kotone's seiyuu, Aisaka Yuuka is an amazing seiyuu + singer and looks stunningly beautiful. Still, it was a good anime and was cute.

As for my least fav anime...I'd say Yuuki Yuuna, bloody waste of time watching and I would've prefered seeing everyone live forever without functions than that BS "Happy End" crap that the final 2 eps threw out; never once have I felt more rage from watching something.

Black Rock Shooter.

Just, Black Rock Shooter.

Pupa was woeful garbage as well.

Gunslinger Girl deserves a honorary mention.

BRS is okay, there is even subtext in it. Sufficient reason not to totally hate it.

Pupa has one advantage, the serie only lasts 35 minutes, so the torture is short.

@Galich The OVA was great, but the anime version wasn't that good.

And lol, I must be the only one that actually liked Pupa, it wasn't really bad to me, think I enjoyed it iirc. Also, @Utopia, you just reminded me of a song that Ive not heard in a long while, thanks :)

Black Rock Shooter is on my hate list because it looked cool and had a somewhat okay premise.

It was just plain boring.

The OVA was pretty nice tho.

Watching Pupa is like a rough equivalent of being slowly disamblowed for me.

The worst anime ever is for me Sakura trick, followed by Boku no Pico

The fact that you consider Sakura trick worse then boku no pico yet alone compared those two will forever confuse me to this day. But yeah, "to each there own " I respect your opinion.

This is extremly hilarious when you remember what Pupa is basically about. But eh, the manga wasn't all that better, the whole thing reminds me of some B-movie.

I'll give it one thing, it surely has relatable characters.

It has a manga? o.O Well, the premise itself wasnt that bad.

^ It does have a manga, but the plot is roughly the same as the anime until the twins escapes from the compound

And great, now I'm going to end up listening to this song all day again...

@SF

Where did I compare BnP and Sakura trick ?

And well, for the latter, it's absolutely not objective, in terms of animation / music, the show is really decent, I'd say above average; there are some funny gags and it's a fluffy show overall THE FUCKING LAST EPISODE ASIDE

Its title is right, in the end you get tricked. The main characters are just so, so, so dumb, thick-headed it made me want to punch my screen and throw my pc by the window. They're not in love, they don't even realise what love is, like they lived their whole life in a cavern; kisses they have is just a way to say to each other they're .. like BFF. They are absolutely clueless when it comes to love and that really did bug me. The only pertinent and not totally brainless character is the sister of one of the MCs. There is no yuri in Sakura trick, because for me, Yuri isn't two girls innocently and stupidly kissing, but love between two girls.

I consider Sakura trick as an insult to the Yuri. But again, that's just my opinion.
All I can do is wait for a good yuri (Girlfriends, Hanjuku joshi, Octave, Gokujou drop .. I want to say Pieta but this masterpiece will never get adapted so all I can do is to endlessly read it..) to be adapted..

Speaking of disappointing shows, tried to come back to anime with a recommendation from my friend; Sakurako-san no Ashimoto ni wa Shitai ga Umatteiru.

It's been almost a year and I'm still yet to touch any other series.

For anyone wondering, the show that made me quit to begin with was Zankyou no Terror (I'm probably gonna get lynched here, but gave up after the 6th episode; I was rooting for the main characters to die so I wouldn't have to look at those douchebags) and Magic Kaito 1412 (wasnt bad, but made me realize I'm wasting my precious time).

I feel like I'm gonna get a lot of flack for this post.

I liked Terror in Resonance, even if it's not the best Wanatabe's. The two MC end up dyign anyway so you should have watched it entirely).

Their personalities have reminded me of Internet trolls.

That was a failed spoiler. Good riddance of those "lovable" protagonists.

Any more episodes of it (I kept watching it as the new episodes popped out), and my tablet would've understood first hand how is it like to fall from my window.

My least favorite anime that I watched... hmm... probably Code Geass R2 (I loved the first Code Geass). Was a dumb train wreck.

I wll fite u D:<

It's just something derived of the Sharingan from Naruto, that I designed / made on GIMP myself. Glad you liked its design :p

Wait, the sharingan not the rinnegan? D:

It's been decided, me and CCL will unite in order to defend R2.

It was pretty good imho.

Probably one of my favourites.

That's a pretty garbage way of getting my 700 post, but oh well.

I loved that anime so much. It filled my Madoka-ish series quota and it was a quality show in its own right... plus, there was a bit of yuri subtext sprinkled here and there. Alas, it didn't have my favorite kind of romance, "girl 1's crush gets killed, girl goes back in time to save her but keeps fucking up, girl finally kind of succeeds in the end after many, many years." I've only read two things that had a story like that. While I realize that this would kind of get old if I kept seeing it over and over again... well, it was just different enough in these stories to be interesting. Besides, Tougou filled the Homura role fairly well for a time. I agree that the ending was terrible, but I did read a few theories that made it at least a bit better... well, I just hope Season 2's gonna come some time.

The worst anime ever is for me Sakura trick, followed by Boku no Pico, Shitai wo Arau and a dumb NSFW harem with an incest ending I can't remember the name. Edit : Yosuga no Sora.

Worst anime of 2016 is Big Order, this show is such a troll it's funny.

Edit : How could I forget Pupa in the worst anime category.

I didn't know what Shitai wo Arau was before I saw this and, wow, thanks for telling me about it... personally, I put hentai in a different category from anime. I don't waste my time watching hentai because they're all het shit and shit regardless of the het stuff, but I feel like it does a disservice to actual, good anime to group hentai with it... it's like if Western romance and porn were in the same genre or whatnot.

If you guys want to tell me why Code Geass R2 is better than Code Geass, go for it. As far as I see Code Geass R2, it is a rehash and retread a lot of the time, without being as well paced or consistent as the original was. R2 also had way too many silly plot twists and too many characters with too little development.

It's like lots of movies, gotta make the sequel bigger and better but lots of the times that fails.

I did like the first OP of R2 though.

I don't believe that anyone has claimed so.

True, it was not consistent, but it was a problem of the entire series.

R2 also had way too many silly plot twists and too many characters with too little development.

I cannot really see the whole argument for too little development.

It's like lots of movies, gotta make the sequel bigger and better but lots of the times that fails.

Well, actually, I'd say that this arguement doesn't work. It's a series, and the second season is the one to conclude all of episodes.

But well, positive things about R2? Refreshing, more unpredictable, not as monotonic.. not to mention the ending.

I'm sure that someone else will make better arguements in defense of it, but to be fair due to the nature of franchise judging just one season alone doesn't work.

I do not like Code Geass R2 because I think it is bad because it is worse than Code Geass so if you can tell me why Code Geass R2 is better than Code Geass, then I can see if my dislike for the series is misplaced. That is why I asked tell me why R2 is better.

Umm, if you don't like a season of a series then a dislike of it is not misplaced. I mean, your opinion is as good as mine, you have your own reasons while my view on the subject is from a different angle.

Well, I've listed my counterarguemnts in the previous post, and as I said, I view the entire show as one package; it's like disliking a book just judging by one part of it.. then again, it's just my opinion.

To sum it up, imho it just "works". It has its problems, sure, but in the end the entire package works well together and delivers a pleasant experience.

I cannot see how a season being inferior to another one makes it immedietly be bad, but it's just my opinion.

@ Rina

It's cute how you try to defend everything the writers of the Walking Dead did to that show even without remembering all the details ^^
I wish I could be like that too! I really miss loving that show... T_T
I know how pathetic that sounds but it actually made my life a little better ;)

@ Blackkitty

Let's get Blackkitty drunk then! ^^
Then I will start jumping around from too much energy...you don't want to see that either...

You have no idea what it is that I wanna see ;)
I think I would actually enjoy that. Feeling a little embarrassed on your behalf too, maybe, but I'm sure it would be fun! (^_-)v

the picture you provoked in my head by suggesting that thing made me want to puke.. xD
I always have a couple of Bulgarian yoghurt pots in the fridge, I could exchange them anytime for an energy drink...

Sorry! But then at least you know how I felt ;)
I wouldn't mind actually making that exchange but I'm probably on the losing end here... shipping an energy drink to Bulgaria is no problem. Shipping a yoghurt from your place to Germany on the other hand... not sure if it would survive that trip... ^^ Not in the summer heat at least...

@ Utoptia and Galich

It's from Mismatch Girls. It's NSFW but it's very cute and the art is nice.

Thank you!
I'd like to give it a try but I don't actually like the incest tag...
