And neither mom has "Kaslana" as a last name, so the little baby isn't a Kaslana in any sense.

lmao what? do you think phenotypical traits are the only thing that constitutes genetic inheritance? despite whatever it is otto did, bianka still carries the genes that enable her to activate the kaslana stigma. any child she has would inherit that. furthermore, she appears to have acknowledged her kinship with the other kaslanas. so the kid is very much a kaslana (unless at some point she decides she doesn't want to be).
