Tifa's the physically stronger one, but Aeris is definitely the more outgoing one. Not to mention having survived in Midgar for longer. Tifa getting princess carried definitely works for their dynamic.
...Though Aeris may want to ask Tifa for exercise tips, judging by those shaking arms.
