bianka is a very active and messy sleeper but she sleeps so still when the baby is sleeping on top of her chest

I don't think she counts. Dr. MEI made the Kaslana bloodline to endure thousands of generations without changes, which is why all the Kaslanas have white hair and blue eyes. Bianka doesn't have white hair because of deliberate effort on Otto's part.
And neither mom has "Kaslana" as a last name, so the little baby isn't a Kaslana in any sense.

lmao what? do you think phenotypical traits are the only thing that constitutes genetic inheritance? despite whatever it is otto did, bianka still carries the genes that enable her to activate the kaslana stigma. any child she has would inherit that. furthermore, she appears to have acknowledged her kinship with the other kaslanas. so the kid is very much a kaslana (unless at some point she decides she doesn't want to be).

The hair and eye color aren't what makes one a Kaslana, and neither having a different legal name. Bianka is 100% a Kaslana.
