Honestly, only because she actually made that 5-7-5 comment in the next panel.

Probably not the necklace? She already knew that Amano had forgotten it at another girl's place, so it wouldn't make sense to assume she's there just because the necklace is.

Chiwa has no idea that Yuhi left the necklace at Sakurako's apartment. When asked by Chiwa about the missing necklace Yuhi's only response was "Just a change of pace...maybe?" So, she might just assume that Yuhi decided not to wear the necklace that day. In fact, for Chiwa to tag an item of Yuhi's, she would've picked an item she would be certain Yuhi would have on her at all times. Considering she noted that Yuhi didn't take the necklace off previously even during sex, it's possible it was the chosen item as it would've been seen as the safest bet at the time.

Which leads to an issue, since the necklace always seeming to be in Sakurako's apartment is giving the impression that Yuhi's with Sakurako even more than she actually is, which is further driving Chiwa's anger.

I think we're on a similar page here, the whole exchange about the necklace is what made me think it was important to the tracking at the end. As you're describing well the set up for the necklace to be tracked is definitely part of this chapter.

I had translated the texts differently at first. But I changed it to make it a haiku too (with syllables).

already not into the new character being introduced but i think that's because of bias from zenkowa lol.
imo that series has a bit of an issue where it's just constantly focusing on new antagonists instead of the more interesting main couple, don't rly want this to go the same way lol.
i like the main characters in this quite a bit and still think there's plenty to flesh out without needing to throw a spanner in the works already.

Chiwa is obsessed and has strong romantic feelings for Yuhi despite saying they are just 'friends with benefits'....Casual Open relationship my butt!!!! Chiwa is obsessed and has yandere traits inside of her lol XD

You know MC and Yuhi/Amano would be a good pairing....MC getting to have her first love/crush come true while Yuhi getting someone that would actually care about her instead of Yuhi getting involved with her 'obvious' Toxic ex-gf...We might not know the full story behind Yuhi's ex-gf but it is kind of obvious that she is the controlling and manipulating type... from the few words on the first couple of pages...The necklace basically a collar to Mind-FK Yuhi and gain dominance over her.

MC obviously cares about Yuhi and shows lingering romantic and deep caring affection despite her initial goal of trying to make Yuhi embarrassed and shameful of being 'played' with as revenge for the so-called 'rejection' (Mostly due to Yuhi/Amano not being able to say the rejection in the correct way instead of accidentally making it sound worse than she meant to.)
Though I would only ship MC and her together assuming if Yuhi can learn to stop having casual open relationship and learn to get over her Ex-GF issues...which she obviously has strong complicated feelings still lingering about and unable to get rid of just yet.

Kind of ironic that Yuhi Ex-gf 'MIGHT' be the reason why Yuhi is so into open and casual relationship now...This is just 'assuming' that Yuhi Ex-gf was the one who broke up with Yuhi and toss her away (Also 'assuming' she was Yuhi first ever relationship).

...Though the question that comes to my mind is did Yuhi already have a relationship with her Ex-GF before MC confessed or just managed to get into a relationship after MC confess...Because Yuhi could have just used "Sorry, thank you for your confession but I already kind of have a GF..."

EDIT: RIP TO THE GUY WHO HAD THE TRACKER NECKLACE THEORY LOL, IT HAPPENS SOMETIMES (Though Chiwa might be tracking Yuhi other ways though...just not with the necklace) XD
