Nozaki is hitting Kaede with the hard questions, considering Kaede never got over Nami.
I suppose Kaede should know enough for "How do I come back to school?" Thankfully for Nozaki, she hasn't caused any real negative consequences for Kuritani. This is a situation that can be fixed with a couple of apologies, as neither Kuritani nor Ibuki are especially vengeful.
It's not clear if Kuritani will forgive Nozaki with an explanation (probably she will, Kuritani doesn't even have other friends), but I don't see this situation escalating more than it has. What would be interesting is if Kuritani gets information from Ibuki and reaches out to Nozaki on her own, but that might be less realistic when for Kuritani there's too many unknowns about Nozaki's motivations.
Edit: Updating this, I do think Kuritani may like Ibuki less when she knows the full details of what happened, including how Ibuki misjudged Nozaki as controlling and blamed her. It's clear to me that Nozaki saw their relationship as one where they had different strengths and, as the more outgoing person, was trying to be the one to help them connect. The personality and energy level mismatch is enough of a reason for Ibuki to breakup, but he treated Nozaki like she was dead to him and had never respected him.
Misunderstanding personality differences is common even among adults, but it hits differently when it's your closest friend who is treated as an aggressor. This could make Ibuki less appealing as a partner. Kuritani reacting this way would also allow us to resolve this in an "everyone learned a lesson" kind of way, where there was never a singular aggressor or bad guy, which seems fitting for the themes of this story.
