I'd love if this continued past high school with Aya and Mitsuki living together. As long as the author still wants to keep it going of course.

Parental figure approval acquired

I remember a while ago myself and some others being worried that Joe's confession to Kanna could be a way to tie her back and make her choose between him and her career. It's nice to see he will be the one moving to her, and not the opposite - in a way it really shows Joe has grown more decisive, and respects the effort and success Kanna has achieved.

If Joe leaves, I doubt he's going to just sell his shop. And Mitsuki would surely want to keep running it (and she knows how to do it). So... Mitsuaya living together and running the shop together while Aya goes to college and Mitsuki pursues music domestic storyline, yes? YES??

That would be sweet, but it would need something more than that to build towards, so I'm wondering if they'd focus on her music or taking care of the store. What other goals do they have that I am missing? Maybe some new issues that come from navigating college/adult life (similar to Kase san)?

MTV is "still running" here. But the joke is that Music TeleVision is notorious for never playing any music. in the 80s, you could turn to MTV and it would be running banks of music videos with occasional music industry news and commentary programming. You had a better-than not chance that if you jumped to MTV, you could just, y'know, listen to music.

Over the years, they started including more and more programming that was only tangentially music related, and then eventually not at all music related, until it just became a punchline.

That all said, as I understand it MTV Japan is closer to the original mission statement than MTV is here. They actually still run music programming instead of shitty reality shows.
