Poly would have been nice, but looks like Alexandra may be coming in to peel off Diana.

I'm so glad that someone finally called out Diana on her BS, heck, Alexandra even comes off as Nekotarou's mouth piece to sunk the idea of a poly ending.

That said, she is a much better match for Diana than Natori who would be very obviously strung along by Diana's personality.

I'd say she definitely has but as you implied, she isn't really aware of it yet because of the reasons you mentioned. She tries to rationalize her feelings for Lapis in terms of "service" but as the viewers, I think we can get what's really happening emotionally. She also seems to be realizing how limiting that "service" explanation is and how it doesn't fully explain her feelings towards Lapis. They've had a few romantic moments and thoughts from both perspectives; while with Diana it's always just from her own perspective.

I'm pretty sure she already knows she likes Diana and is "helping" her for that reason. I think she wants to be supportive of someone she likes and will be there if/when things don't work out. She made the speech before about how this is a dead end for Diana. I don't think her opinion has changed about that.

But nothing has changed on Natori's end. If anything these recent chapters have focused on how Natori views Diana only as a friend with Diana hoping to change that. Otherwise, it's all been the same. The only new thing is this new character's crush on Diana.

Sometimes series have an “off ramp” character—someone who ends up with the person dealing with unrequited love. That character usually tries to be supportive, like comforting them or even helping them go after their crush (like this chapter). It kind of seems like that’s what she’s doing right now, but we’ll see. I expected one to show up eventually for Diana but it's early still (though the extra series images make things seem more obvious).

IMO Allie is already working on seducing Diana, even if it looks to the outside world and to Diana herself as her wingwomanning for her and Natori.

lokey didnt know how id feel since im pro diana (and pro lapis) but despite how fast the turn around has been for alexandria, its cute and i ship it. also confirms lapis isnt yet willing to give up natori since i cant imagine she thought of diana reigniting allies love for the sport but maybe shes even smarter than i realise

Alexandra/Allie....Was supposed to be on another team to play her favorite sport that she used to play as a kid...Got struck following orders of that random noble guy to 'Play as she usual does' on Team Diana till the finals.

...Man that must have fking suck having to lose on purpose just to kiss up and kiss the butts of all the kids of the nobles that are of higher rank of her family 0_0...I mean it's logically and she even knows it the best decision even as a kid (Smart kid) but it's still fking sucks.

Diana shout for Alexandra to shoot finally gave her the courage to actually play and have fun instead of calculating and acting based on what would be best for her future/Family's standing.

Wholesome to see Alexandra helping Diana get closer to Natori, just not in a romantic way. Instead pushing her towards getting close in a way that actually works for both of them.

And of course, she does that while staying close to Diana.

It might be a small detail but I love that shiny crystal effect on Alexandra's eyes when she's excited.

Kind of weird how when she was little, Alexandra's father suggested that she join that Magicross event but only told her on the spot that she's not supposed to win, after she already got her hopes up. It feels like he used her just so he could get a networking opportunity at that event, or to improve their family's standing by attending. It's not really surprising in a noble family, I'm just not sure if he's meant to be seen as merely bumbling or an asshole.
