Oh, definitely always enjoyed it, I've just kept myself quietly away from the Shiho Wars in the comments.

I, for one, am still in it for the YoriHima.

I was lukewarm on this series when I first picked it up back in 2019, and just more or less followed it out of habit. But when the anime came out and I got an excuse to re-read the manga from scratch, something clicked and Yori is now by far my favorite character. For a long time I've been into characters that are some combination of edgy/brooding/tomboyish/androgynous/flat-chested; they're like that compromise between masculine enough to be relatable to me, while still being feminine enough to be attractive to me. Maybe I just wasn't pay attention enough on first read or something.

EDIT because I don't want to bump unnecessarily: the last two episodes are finally out. Finally... it's over. Much of the animation and band sequences... were still bad, but there was an attempt. At least we got a good amount of detailed, on-model closeups.

Finally, a big, damn, YoriHima kiss. Right at the end. After the final credits. At least we got one.

2. I still enjoy it too, I'm just not feeling this current Miki arc because I don't really care about her. It's like if the manga suddenly focused on Himari's mother. Okay...? What about the actual main characters? I'm still starving for AkiShiho.

3. The anime really gets carried by its VO, that scene where AkiShiho are arguing was so great. It's the one where Shiho confesses and then Aki blames herself.

Here's hoping that the next three yuri anime that got announced won't have insane production issues.

I gotta admit... I'm more into Akishiho than Yorihima.

Didn't take Aki two weeks to completely fall head over heels. That's the point of dating. They're both so cute together and Himari could see it. Everything they went through makes their sweet ending feel extra cathartic. That's part of why they stand out so much. Now time for a double (or quad) date.

Himari's just an All-Loving Heroine to a fault. She wants everyone to get along. It's why she stuck her nose in so much during the Shiho arc. No ulterior motives like seducing Shiho or eliminating Aki. Besides obviously Yori, she just loves everyone as a friend. Same thing with Miki and Ayaka.

This was a really great chapter I think. Getting to see the two main couples interacting and being adorable together was the healing energy my heart needed today. I really hope we get to see double dates in the future!

I didn't notice anything in particular myself. Though I could be someone of poor vision, or just not noticing certain things because I was busy melting from the adorableness of the chapter lmao

Though I am sometimes forgiving of some artistic elements, so that could be it as well.
