If fainting in the bath from overheating is such a common thing (i know it's a trope, idk if actually a thing that happens often in reality), then why don't these people set their bath water temperature lower?? You'd think such a dangerous place to faint would be strictly controlled for safety.
Because the heat feels so amazingly good until you nearly kill yourself with it. I take very hot showers and I joke with a friend that I'm just very slowly cooking myself.
