Reminds me of watching Cutie Honey back in the 80's on bootleg VHS tapes (sold at the local flea market) and started learning what Yuri was. There was an episode where a female gangster was up in her face (nose to nose) so C.H. just rubbed her breasts against the gangster's breasts (they were both still clothed) and made some joke. Cutie Honey was one of the few anime I remember (along with The Dirty Pair and Gunsmith Cats) that ever had overt unambiguous Yuri actions, without any drama, totally natural and within character.

Every magical girl team, girls' school club, and idol group is a polycule, but I see no reason to exclude bands from that esteemed umbrella too!

A side effect of being on the internet is that you have a chance to be shipped with anything. ANYTHING . Especially if the subjects are anime girls. And Japan have been enjoying some other twincest pairings like, Hina and Sayo. If I remember correctly, HinaSayo was either shipped or accepted by almost all of JP bros while the international bros were divided because it’s incest.

So, if the girls are sisters irl, I can see why they’d be uncomfortable. But being twin sisters on the internet, they are basically saying “we have a link since our birth” which could be a huge fuel and motivation. They can ask to stop, they can ask to tone the shipping down, but it will never completely go away.

I was concerned about Advent as soon as I knew about this “twin sisters. One channel.” thing. Don’t get me wrong, it is very unique and will be huge but the shipper can get a little out of hands and may make the girls uncomfortable.

TLDR: COVER knew what they were doing and the twins are going to get shipped. They might be uncomfortable. Don’t bother the real persons while they are streaming.

Which is... a bit disappointing, 'cause another actual irl twins channel would be neat, but I can see how that would be a huge issue with a large corpo agency. And it's good that they're not actually twins, because like, the fanart would be genuinely unsettling then.

The fact that they're almost certainly streaming from the same space and yet are almost certainly not related and that they're encouraging it somewhat does point to them being an irl couple, yes. Or maybe just ultimate besties(? I don't want to not take their word for it in this case), like if Enna and Millie were living together despite Millie being messy somehow.
