Besides, I feel like we get a lot of teen superheroes and adult superheroes, but not many college age ones.

^ every anime season is getting gayer and it’s amazing. One gay show that hasn’t gotten fan art uploaded here is raven of the inner palace. Jusetsu has a freaking harem Her relationship with her lady in waiting is too adorable. For this season, we have the above gay shows mentioned plus kancolle, ayakashi triangle, master the blade and onimai. magical revolution being the most notable one

I think all of them are supposed to have actual hair - which wouldn't prohibit green hair since Akina bleaches hers and when you start doing that you inevitably experiment with colouring it. But Kaede doesn't bleach hers. And in retrospect for the time (10 y ago) her middle and high school were pretty chill with Akina's gyaru-like appearance.
